We are offering a referral program to Realtors who refer property owners to us for property management.  When you refer a client of yours to us, we will refer them back to you when they are ready to sell their property.  Land of Enchantment, Inc. has worked very hard to maintain our trustworthy reputation and we honor your sales relationship with your clients. 

Please contact our office today if you have a referral for us and make sure you have printed a Referral Form.  We will fax the referral form to you and acquire the contact information for the person you are referring.  Once we have secured a signed 1 year contract with them, we will submit your referral for payment.  The referral fees are paid out once per month by the 10th of the month and will be paid to your Qualifying Broker for them to allocate payment.  The referral fee is paid per owner/investor rather than per property unless otherwise authorized in writing by Gayle Martin.  If you have any questions, please contact our office at 505-821-0807.
