You must submit requests for all non-emergency maintenance issues using this online form or in writing (and either fax, or bring them to our office). They will be reviewed by our staff in the order they are received and processed according to the priority of the maintenance issue. Please allow our staff 7 days to address the issue before calling. An emergency consists of a fire, blood or flood type of issue. After business hours, if you feel like your issue is an emergency, please call our emergency pager at (505) 264-2727.
Please be advised that a LOE Vendor will call you at the numbers provided with a scheduled date and time slot. If the vendor does not hear back from you prior to the set appointment, they will enter the home with a pass key to make such repairs. Please refer to paragraph 17 [Right of Entry] Clause of your Lease Agreement should you have questions.
Note: If you schedule an appointment to meet the vendor outside the designated timeslot and do not show up you will be charged a service charge at the vendor's discretion.
